This designation does not guarantee donation but it provides a positive and quick indication of your desire to be a donor. If you do not have the designation – Register Here
Next, get on the National Donor Registry. When you register, you will be creating an account. Once you have completed registration, you can log back in and change, cancel or print out your "Document of Gift" which is ideal for personal records and sharing with your medical team and family. This registry also allows you to register to be an organ and tissue donor for medical research and education - Register Here
