Small Group Study

Small group ministry provides opportunity for fellowship, learning, and spiritual growth in an informal setting, usually someone's home, and with a smaller gathering of people than is generally experienced in our Sunday classes or times of worship.

We have recently tried a new approach to small group ministry at Indian Creek.  Rather than seeking a commitment from people to participate for a year or longer in the same group, we are planning to offer a few three-month modules at three different times throughout each year.  This allows us to address a wider range of subjects at a wider variety of times.

Recent small groups include:
 

• "Wholehearted Marriage" -- a six-part study of the "reactive cycle" for young married couples
   
• "Perspectives" -- an informal time for young adults, listening to and learning about the views of the Millenial generation (ages 19-30)

We plan to offer new small groups for January through March.
